There is a new "What's New"
blue icon in the title bar of the application.
Click on it anytime to explore the latest features and improvements.
We've added major refinements, faster processing, and workflow enhancements designed to save you time.
The videos below open in new tabs and will NOT slow down/stop ProofReading.

Upgraded: Refined results!
ProofRead now has a more refined results engine, improving accuracy for all users, while reducing false positives.
It's also faster and more efficient, so you can get your results quicker than ever!
This is an ongoing process, so please send us any feedback if you find something we are not doing well.

NEW: Extended Paragraphs Enhanced!
Using Chevrons on the left, you can see the Extended paragraphs.
NEW: Formatting now is very close to the original script formatting, including line breaks, paragraph breaks, punctuation, and spacing.
This helps you see the context of the flagged issues more clearly.
You can also click on sentences to hear them for additional context.

NEW: Marker Downloads! Easily download markers for your audio results.

NEW: History! New icon to open previous results.
Click the clock icon in the upper right corner (next to "Home" icon) to open your ProofRead history flyout, where you can view/open previous results. -
NEW: Reuse previous script by default! The last script you used is reloaded/reused by default, until you drag in a new script (for your next book).
"Ctrl/Cmd + Click" the "Home" icon to open a new tab, keep your existing results AND have new results in a new tab. - NEW: Results support for narrower screens The Script/Voiced areas have been optimized to display better on smaller/narrower screens.
- Context paragraphs have been expanded Using the Chevron icon next to each flagged issue, you can now expand the context paragraphs to see more of the script around the flagged issue. This helps provide more context to make informed decisions on each flag!
- NEW: Pause Detection/Customization: Detects Pauses in the audio longer than X.x seconds (2.0s is the default). Customize the threshold in Preferences (gear icon in upper right corner).
- FOCUS For Testers: Refined "false positives" Refined: Where ProofRead reports an issue but it's "wrong". If it tags something clearly voiced correctly, please screenshot it and send it to us!
- NEW: Grouped Deviations: ProofRead groups deviations *IF* they are close together in the same sentence as 1 "problem card" to review instead of multiple separate ones.
- NEW: Check out "Light Mode": Click the sun/moon icon in the upper right corner to toggle between light and dark themes! 🌞🌜
